The 21-year-old singer continued his birthday celebrations and chatted up a group of women who were passing by his cabana before retreating inside the hotel.

“I’m very much a relationship guy,” Justin recently dished to Men’s Health mag.
He added, “I like to bounce ideas off the person that I love. I like having a real connection.”
